The PIESPS DSP Avalanche Beacon is a new technology used for rescuing victims who get caught in an avalanche. It comes with the newest technology which includes a digital signal and a triple antenna system. The PIEPS DSP Avalanche Beacon has proven to be effective, even in the cases that include multiple burials underneath snow. It even shows the number of victims that are trapped. When you press the scan button, there is a scanning of the surrounding area. The device's screen will have three target groups which tell the reader that in X amount of distance there are X amount of burials that are closest to the reader's position, then two more times with varying distances and the number of burials which each contains. Multiple burials will be displayed on the screen if this is the case. Once you have rescued the people, you can mark that you have already visited that area and the device will allow you to move onto the next area with multiple victims.
