Is your snowboard shop aware ofthe difference between a backside and a bevel or are they giving away free circus tickets with every snowboard you buy?
Cmon in to the Snowboard Shop and find more than just snowboards. Gear, accessories, apparel, a Snowboard Shop is the only place to go to get completely outfitted for your sport. If you want to find quality equipment and the right stuff to care for your gear, then you next stop has to be to the nearest Snowboard Shop. Skimping out on your board, boots and bindings just wont happen if you shop at a reliable and dedicated Snowboard Shop. And where else would you go for all of your snowboarding needs if you are a serious boarder?
It would be quite ridiculous to think of going to the local big chain mart to get your snowboarding stuff. You want the quality and expertise that is only found in an authentic Snowboard Shop. Stay away from anyplace that is offering a free cooler and grill with the purchase of a snowboard. Stick to a Snowboard Shop that actually has snowboarders that work there and have the experience with using the equipment they sell. If they havent been on it, they probably dont know doo doo about it. Product knowledge is a must for the staff at any respectable Snowboard Shop.
A good Snowboard Shop will have the latest news and be up to date with events and organization sponsored competitions. Stick with a Snowboard Shop that is involved in promoting the sport. They should be able to talk about the technical aspects of the equipment and the differences in brands, styles and craftsmanship. If your Snowboard Shop has anything less than this to offer, you had better keep on walking by until you find a shop that can stand behind what they sell.
